Key Points
Marketplace Role
BrickZap is operated by Future Ecommerce Ltd. The platform connects buyers and sellers — Future Ecommerce Ltd is not the seller. Third-party sellers are responsible for their own listings, fulfillment, taxes, customs, and legal compliance.
Accounts & Eligibility
- You must be 18 or older to use the platform
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure
- Provide accurate information at all times
- BrickZap may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the terms
Buyer Obligations
- Pay listed prices including applicable fees, shipping, and taxes
- Attempt to resolve issues with sellers directly before escalating
Seller Obligations
- Provide accurate and truthful listings
- Fulfill orders in a timely manner
- Comply with all applicable laws
- Pay marketplace fees as outlined in the fee schedule
Fees & Commission
BrickZap uses a tiered commission structure:
- 3% on the first $500
- 2% on $500–$1,000
- 1% on amounts over $1,000
Seller fees are collected in USD and calculated using BrickZap's internal exchange rates when conversion is needed. Rounding differences of a few cents may occur and are acceptable.
Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Fraud or deception
- Data scraping or unauthorized access
- Intellectual property infringement
- Platform interference or abuse
- Distribution of malware
Liability & Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is." BrickZap is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the marketplace.
Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
