Item Listing Policy
All items listed on BrickZap must follow our listing rules to maintain a trustworthy marketplace.

What You Can Sell
- LEGO brand products only (with limited exceptions)
- Items must be authentic — no counterfeits or reproductions
- Parts must be original and unmodified — no custom printing, engraving, chroming, or painting
- No pre-release listings
Custom Sets
Allowed if:
- They don't infringe on any intellectual property
- They use only unmodified LEGO parts (no non-LEGO components)
Non-LEGO Items (Limited)
Subject to approval, you may list:
- Literature and memorabilia
- Materials supporting custom creation (stickers, instructions, boxes)
Images
- No animated GIFs (single-frame only if GIF format is used)
- Images should accurately represent the item
Stock & Fulfillment
- Only list items you physically own
- No dropshipping allowed
- Pre-orders are permitted only for publications, with clear buyer notification
Listing Text
- You may reference shipping costs
- Do not hard-code prices or post exchange rates in comments
Condition & Completeness
Accurately describe:
- Condition: New or Used
- Sub-condition: Complete, Incomplete, or Sealed
- Disclose any missing parts or defects
Enforcement
Violations may result in:
- Listing removal
- Account restrictions
- Loss of selling privileges
