Eligibility & Responsibilities
- Must be 18 or older
- Provide accurate personal and business information
- Have legal rights to sell listed items
- Comply with all applicable laws and marketplace rules
- BrickZap may request identity or business verification
Product Listings
- Must be accurate, clear, and truthful
- Disclose missing parts, defects, or any issues
- Use the correct catalog entries
- No intentional catalog misuse
Pricing & Fees
- Sellers set their own prices
- Prices must be displayed clearly with no hidden charges
- No deceptive pricing practices
- The platform charges commissions and service fees per the Terms of Service
Orders & Fulfillment
- Process orders promptly
- Ship within your stated handling time
- Package items with care to prevent damage
- Provide tracking information
- Only cancel orders for valid reasons (inventory errors, buyer request, payment failure)
Shipping & Delivery
- Clearly state shipping methods, costs, and destinations
- Ship to the address provided by the buyer
- Comply with all shipping regulations
- Package items appropriately for transit
Returns, Refunds & Disputes
- Clearly define your return policy (must comply with applicable laws)
- Respond promptly to return and refund requests
- Attempt good-faith resolution of disputes before escalation
Communication & Conduct
- Be respectful and professional in all interactions
- Respond to buyer inquiries in a timely manner
- No harassment or abusive language
- No soliciting buyers to transact off-platform
Prohibited Activities
- Selling counterfeits or IP-infringing items
- Manipulating ratings or reviews
- Operating multiple accounts to evade enforcement
- Fraudulent activity of any kind
Enforcement
BrickZap may take action without prior notice, including:
- Removing or modifying listings
- Issuing warnings
- Suspending or terminating accounts
