You can message sellers in two ways:
1) From an order (recommended)
This creates a thread tied to the order.
Best for:
- Shipping questions
- Invoice/payment issues
- Missing items or changes
2) From a store page
This creates a general thread not tied to an order.
Best for:
- Availability questions
- Bulk purchase questions
- Store policies
Tips
- Keep messages polite and specific
- Include SKUs and quantities when relevant
- Expect response times to vary by seller
