Messaging Sellers

You can message sellers in two ways:

1) From an order (recommended)

This creates a thread tied to the order.

Best for:

  • Shipping questions
  • Invoice/payment issues
  • Missing items or changes

2) From a store page

This creates a general thread not tied to an order.

Best for:

  • Availability questions
  • Bulk purchase questions
  • Store policies

Tips

  • Keep messages polite and specific
  • Include SKUs and quantities when relevant
  • Expect response times to vary by seller
