Public Builder Profile
Your public builder profile helps people recognize your projects.
It can include a handle, display name, avatar, and bio.
What a public builder handle is
Your handle is the short public name used in project URLs.
Project links use this format:
``text
/projects/{handle}/{project-slug}
``
Choose a good handle
Choose something easy to read, easy to share, and connected to how you want to be known as a builder.
Good handles are usually short and stable.
Display name, avatar, and bio
Your display name can be more flexible than your handle.
Use the avatar and bio to show your building style, favorite themes, or what kind of projects you share.
Example bio: “Castle and train builder, usually sourcing one rare color at a time.”
Changing your handle
You can update your handle from your builder profile settings.
Choose carefully. If your handle changes, public project links that use the old handle may stop working or may need to be shared again with the new URL.
Privacy recommendations
Do not use private information in your handle or bio.
Avoid posting your email address, home address, phone number, or other personal contact details in public profile fields.
