Following Projects

Following Projects

Following a project is a way to show interest and keep the build easy to find.

It is useful for MOCs, community builds, long sourcing projects, and builds you may want to try later.

Who can follow

Signed-in BrickZap users can follow projects that are available to them.

If you are not signed in, BrickZap may ask you to log in before following.

Follower counts

Follower counts show how many users are following a project.

Counts help builders understand community interest without exposing private follower details.

Future notifications

Future project notifications may include:

  • Progress updates
  • Completion milestones
  • Sourcing opportunities

These are future possibilities, not a promise that every notification type is available today.

Unfollow a project

Use the follow button again to unfollow.

After unfollowing, the follower count may update and the project will no longer be marked as followed for your account.

Privacy notes

Following a public project is a community action.

BrickZap does not use following to reveal your private inventory or private project details to the builder.
